There are two categories of innovation including product and process innovation, Examples are Apple’s development of iPod, iphone, and ipad during 2000s, Verizon’s innovation of 2G, 3G, and 4G. Process innovation encompasses enhancement of new process meant for making products and delivering them to respe ctive clients. Examples include Verizon that altered know-how for live TV broadcast to some cell phone; Apple developed its own independent surveys in order to track its major market divisions around the world.
